چکیده
Isostructural lanthanide-based coordination polymers with general chemical formula [Ln(phen)(glu)(NO3)]∞ Ln = La–Tm (except Ce and Pm) have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods (H2glu stands for glutaric acid phen 1,10-phenantroline). They crystallize in the monoclinic system P21/c (no. 14) space group. The crystal structure has solved on basis of La derivative. It can be described as superimposition molecular chains dimeric La(phen)(NO3)-La(phen)(NO3) units bridged glutarate ligands. Luminescent properties explored show that Eu derivative exhibits highest luminance observed Eu-based (85 to 105 cd·m–2). Effects dilution Eu3+ Tb3+ luminescent ions Gd3+ optically inactive are unexpected best our knowledge unprecedented. This could related different intermetallic energy-transfer mechanisms competition nonisotropic distribution lanthanide these alloys. investigation alloys [Eu1–xTbx(phen)(glu)(NO3)]∞ 0 ≤ x 1 highlights a very sizable constant luminescence whatever value, which further confirms existence strong energy transfers this family compounds. is also noticeable some based weakly emissive exhibit well defined emission spectra.

We report on the synthesis of tridentate-nitrogen pyrazole-pyridine-tetrazole (L(1)H) and pyrazole-pyridine-triazole (L(2)H) ligands and their complexation with lanthanides (Ln = Gd(iii), Eu(iii) and Tb(iii)) resulting in stable, charge-neutral complexes Ln(L(1))3 and Ln(L(2))3, respectively. X-ray crystallographic analysis of the complexes with L(1) ligands revealed tricapped trigonal coordina...

Direct reactions between copperIJI) halides, thioacetamide (TAA) and 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bpy) or pyrazine (pyz) in MeCN led to the formation of mixed ligand compounds [Cu2Cl2IJTAA)2IJ4,4′-bpy)]n (1), [Cu2X2IJTAA)4IJ4,4′-bpy)]·(4,4′-bpy) (X = Cl (2), Br (3) and I (4)) and [Cu2Cl2IJTAA)2IJpyz)]n (5), and the binuclear complex [Cu2I2IJTAA)4] (6). The formation of these compounds strongly depends...
متن کاملSystematic study of the luminescent europium-based nonanuclear clusters with modified 2-hydroxybenzophenone ligands.
The reaction of 2-hydroxybenzophenone derivatives with europium ions has afforded a new family of luminescent nonanuclear Eu(III) clusters. Crystal structure analysis of the clusters reveals that the metal core comprises two vertex-sharing square pyramidal units. Most of these complexes show emissions typical of Eu(3+) ion under visible light excitation (400-420 nm) at room temperature. Photoph...
